TUITION

Tuition is $2,500 per year for one child, $3,800 for two, and $5,000 for 3 or more children per year.  The tuition is payable at the beginning of the year or in 10 or 12 installments.  The monthly payments are due the first of the month from September to June.

CALENDAR

The school year begins in September and ends by May 30.  The day begins at 8:10 A.M. with Rosary and ends at 3:00 P.M.  Days off include all Holy Days of Obligation, and all the days between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Interim reports are sent home mid-quarter to keep the parents informed of the progress of their children.  Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled at the end of the quarter.

SCHOOL CLEANING

Since the tuition does not allow for any frills, the parents voted to pay $154.00 per year for a janitor to do the school cleaning.  If a family cannot afford to pay this cleaning fee then they will be required to accept some cleaning chores for at least 20 hours of service.  Parental responsibility also includes the summer cleanup of classrooms, painting, floor scrubbing and playground maintenance and filling the wood room during the winter months.

OTHER COSTS

The grade school students use a number of consumable texts, the cost of which is paid by the parents at the beginning of the school year.  This cost varies but it averages about $32.00 for grades 1 – 8.

KINDERGARTEN

The cost per student is $500.00 for new students which covers all the books and materials for the year or $250.00 per student if the family already has other children in school.  Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 8:10 to 11:40 A.M.

SCHOOL PICTURE ENVELOPE

Please return to school on picture day.

Students may wear uniforms or a nice outfit for portraits if you are purchasing a photo package.  Those who are having pictures taken for “yearbook only” must wear uniforms.  each child should have a separate envelope and check to present to the photographer.  Pre-school children are also welcome.
